In today’s busy world, we sometimes forget to pause, take a breath, and allow ourselves to feel God’s presence and love. To help us find ways to raise our awareness of God in our everyday lives, Manakin’s summer Sunday Adult Forums will focus on Nooma. Nooma comes from the Greek word “pneuma,” which means spirit, breath or wind, and it is the focus of a series of short videos produced by Rob Bell, an American author, speaker and former pastor. These short videos are designed to be thought-provoking and to spark conversations that will help us grow our faith and refresh our spirits.
