Youth at Manakin are encouraged to actively participate in all aspects of our faith community. They:
- Serve as acolytes during the 10:00 a.m. worship service
- Volunteer as helpers in our nursery
- Volunteer for our many outreach ministries
- Work with the Men of the Church to host the Shrove Tuesday pancake supper
- Participate in worship as readers and on special youth Sundays
Special Formation Classes
Special Formation classes that address issues of concern raised by our youth are offered throughout the year.
Episcopal Youth Church (EYC)
EYC activities are held on the fourth Sunday of each month after the 10:00 a.m. worship service and include fun and fellowship; retreats; planning meetings; and outreach activities.
