Please join us for our October Book Club gathering on Tuesday, October 7, at 6:00 p.m. (this is a change from the usual time). We are reading Come August, Come Freedom by Gigi Amatea. Gigi will be with us to discuss the book and her process of creating this historical novel. It is the story, based on fact, of the slave uprising in Henrico County.
